Andrew's Bio
Andrew leads the Stakeholders Capital Team with a sophisticated understanding of capital markets, entrepreneurship, and private investing, coupled with expertise in socially responsible asset management. The team joined Perigon in the Spring of 2023 to augment the ESG, SRI and impact investing capabilities.
Prior to founding Stakeholders Capital, Andrew started and successfully ran an options trading firm which was ultimately acquired by Goldman Sachs.
An active member of the sustainable business community, Andrew has extensive experience with private investments. He has researched and approved 50 private, alternative high-social impact opportunities across asset classes.
He and his wife Susan moved from New York City to Amherst, MA to raise their boys. It was there that he decided to combine his professional expertise and his personal passion for values-based investing. He enjoys squash, mountain biking, cooking, and traveling to his kids’ sporting events.
Committed to giving back to his local community, Andrew serves on: the board of the Pioneer Valley Estate Planning Council; the Investment Committee of First Church Amherst UCC, the Investment Committee of the board of the nonprofit Common Good, a financial institution for community empowerment; and he’s a member of the American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN).
Andrew has a BA/BS from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He holds the FINRA Series 65 license and has a life insurance license.
