Perigon Wealth Management is a rapidly growing independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in San Francisco, CA. We manage approximately $10 billion in client assets as a fee-only fiduciary. In addition to our headquarters in San Francisco, we have offices nationwide including Hawaii, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Michigan, Georgia and Florida with plans for significant near-term growth and expansion into new markets.
Program Highlights
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Duration: 10-12 weeks starting June 1st, 2026
- Compensation: Paid
- Location: Remote/Hybrid
- Schedule: 15 – 20 hours a week
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred)
- Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate
- GPA Requirement: 3.0
- Strong interest in wealth management and financial planning
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and take initiative
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience
- Comprehensive Onboarding:
Kick off the program with a deep dive into our firm’s mission, values, and services. - Department Rotations:
Get exposure to core business areas including:- Financial Planning
- Investment Research
- Client Services
- Operations
- Compliance
- Marketing & Business Development
- Capstone Project:
Apply what you’ve learned by completing a capstone project over the final 8 weeks. Present your findings and recommendations to firm leadership at the end of the program.
