Andrea Hamilton spent two decades covering international business, politics and investing as a reporter and foreign correspondent before becoming an investment advisor to work one-on-one with clients in 2007. She brings a cross-cultural experience to her practice, having lived and worked in many countries in Asia and Europe during her years as a foreign correspondent.

Jonathan Hoy joined Perigon in 2019 as the COO and Head of Advisor Success after a 15 year career in consulting. Stacie Giddings joined Perigon in early 2021 as the Head of Advisor Success. Stacie has supported advisors over the last 20-years in varying capacities, including client service and operations management at an RIA firm and most recently custody sales, relationship management and consulting with TD Ameritrade Institutional and as a business consultant with BNY Mellon|Pershing. As an independent consultant, her experience included helping advisors transition to an RIA model. Stacie most enjoys working with advisors on strategy and tactics to solve their greatest challenges, grow their businesses and reach their full potential.

Before joining Perigon in 2018, she worked as a program manager with the CFA Society of San Francisco, the Northern California HR Association and MAC’s Children and Family Services Inc.
Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a double major in Psychology and Communication from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University-Santa Barbara.
Jonathan Masse, CFA®, Sr. Investment Strategist / Wealth Advisor brings more than 25 years of experience to his role at Perigon. Jonathan’s passion is to empower clients with proven financial strategies to accomplish their unique goals and help them “level up” and rise to the challenges ahead.
His first seven years in finance were spent trading options on the floors of both the Chicago and Pacific Exchanges. He managed portfolios for the next seven years at Barclays Global Investors on the initial iShares Capital Markets team; later moving to the Institutional Portfolio Management team. In 2007, Jonathan began an 8-year emerging global markets project with Princeton’s Burton Malkiel (author of the classic, “A Random Walk Down Wall Street”). In 2015, he consulted on three projects with firms producing six of ETF.com’s “15 Most Important ETFs”.
Community and pro-bono work also energize Jonathan’s work. He has coached 35+ seasons for youth sports teams and serves as an ASM for the Boy Scouts of America. He teaches CFA Exam Review courses and volunteers for the CFA-SF Continuing Education committee while also mentoring five finance professionals in the CFA Mentoring program. Dermott Larkin, Wealth Advisor, joined Perigon in 2018 and focuses on helping families, entrepreneurs, foundations, and institutions achieve their financial aspirations and independence. Dean Kuhlkin serves as a Wealth Advisor at Perigon. Early in her career, she worked for five years in technology, leading a telecommunications market launch for MCI (now Verizon) and working with top defense policy makers and PhDs in artificial intelligence to design advanced decision support software. Her software development firm, now part of Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Labs, primarily worked on projects for DARPA, the research and development wing of the Department of Defense that sponsored the internet.

Mr. Hart was previously a Senior Vice President at Bishop Street Capital Management where he served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for high-net-worth clients and developed the Bishop Street Tax-managed Equity Fund.

Doris joined Perigon Wealth Management team in 2013, bringing with her over 16 years of financial industry experience. Doris has a genuine passion to service clients’ queries and needs in all aspects of financial planning.
Scott Elisha is the Portfolio Manager and Options Strategist at Perigon Wealth Management. Prior to Perigon, Scott was the Head Trader and Portfolio Manager at Lombard Street Partners. LLC. Scott was also a Co- Founder of LOG-e Solutions, Prior to Lombard Street.
Scott spent one year at Citadel Derivatives Group and was the Head Trader on the Pacific Options Exchange. Prior to Citadel, he was a Principal at Wolverine Trading LLC for 10 years, one of the largest options market makers in the world. At Wolverine, Scott was the Head Trader in charge of all index trading in the OEX complex on the CBOE from 1994-1998, and all trading in the San Francisco office on the Pacific Exchange from 1998-2004, and was also responsible for over 500 equity options as well as market-making in ETF’s and structured products. From 1989-1994, Scott was a Senior Options Trader and Associate Director at O’Connor and Associates in Chicago.
Scott is a wine enthusiast and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ms. Creo presently serves as Client Service Associate at Perigon Wealth Management. Dawn has over 30 years experience in the financial industry, and is responsible for company operations and client service support. Her responsibilities include processing all account paperwork, check requests, and assisting clients with any operational related needs. In addition, Dawn oversees a variety of other marketing, public relations and client/prospect communications projects.
Mr. Ballin presently serves as a Wealth Advisor and retirement income planning specialist at Perigon. Ken has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and most recently served as a specialist at Strategies for Wealth with a focus in the areas of disability and long-term care insurance planning.
In addition to being a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Ken holds designations as a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC). Ken has also earned designations as CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) and CSA (Certified Senior Advisor).
Ken has taught the insurance section of the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner program. Other instructional experience includes teaching the multi-lines class of the Life Underwriting Training Council (LUTC) and the senior marketing class of that same organization.
