Rory Shusted is Chief People Officer of Perigon Wealth Management. In this role, she leads the firm’s people and culture strategy, partnering with leadership to support continued growth while preserving Perigon’s entrepreneurial culture and high-performance standards.
Rory brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling talent and people strategies that strengthen culture, accelerate growth, and enhance organizational performance. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Talent at Resources Global Professionals (RGP), where she led enterprise-wide talent strategy and operations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. During her tenure, she transformed the talent function into a high-performing, technology-enabled engine, improving hiring outcomes, strengthening retention, and elevating both employee and candidate experience.
Her career spans consulting, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments, including leadership roles in executive search and talent strategy. She has advised organizations ranging from high-growth companies to Fortune 100 enterprises on how to align people strategies with business priorities to drive measurable results.
Rory is known for her collaborative leadership approach and commitment to developing high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capability, and building cultures where people can grow and thrive.
She holds a B.A. from Lafayette College.
