Position Overview
Perigon Wealth Management is looking for a versatile and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our brand, campaigns, and advisor enablement efforts. We’re a fast-growing firm in the business of helping people live better lives, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as passionate about crafting smart, human-centered marketing to support that mission.
You don’t need a background in financial services. We care more about your ability to work across stakeholders, own and improve processes, build beautiful and effective content, and use tools like AI to scale quality marketing in a modern self-service environment.
Position Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Reports to: Director of Organic Growth
Employment Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Corporate Marketing
- Serve as guardian of our brand tone and visual identity across all internal and external content.
- Maintain and organize brand assets: templates, decks, bios, event collateral, welcome kits, and more.
- Manage regular updates to our corporate pitch materials and support internal stakeholders with branded tools.
Website & Digital Experience
- Manage our WordPress website, including updates to blogs, team pages, and disclosures.
- Own content formatting, SEO best practices, and quarterly site maintenance.
- Monitor site performance and provide reporting on visitor behavior and lead activity.
Reputation Management
- Oversee our Google Business Profiles and office listings—ensure they’re accurate, current, and optimized.
- Monitor and escalate online reviews to protect and grow our digital presence.
Email & Growth Campaigns
- Develop segmented email campaigns in partnership with our Growth team.
- Coordinate firmwide email updates, thought leadership sharing, and campaign delivery using Salesforce.
- Track and report on campaign performance to drive iteration and optimization.
Advisor Marketing Enablement
- Support financial advisors with compliant, on-brand marketing assets and guidance.
- Create bios, social post templates, pitch decks, and onboarding materials for new teams.
- Partner with transitions and operations to integrate new advisor teams into the Perigon brand.
Social Media & PR
- Own the corporate social calendar and assist with advisor LinkedIn support as needed.
- Coordinate PR efforts, press releases, and industry award submissions in tandem with our PR agency.
- Attend biweekly PR check-ins and manage content approval workflows.
AI & Automation Responsibilities
AI-Enhanced Content & Operations
- Support financial advisors with compliant, on-brand marketing assets and guidance.
- Create bios, social post templates, pitch decks, and onboarding materials for new teams.
- Partner with transitions and operations to integrate new advisor teams into the Perigon brand.
Automation & Workflow Design
- Optimize internal marketing workflows using AI and automation where applicable (e.g., SEO audits, newsletter formatting, data pulls).
- Work with Salesforce and Ops to integrate marketing analytics into dashboards for leadership reporting.
Enablement & Training
- Train internal team members and advisors on responsible, effective use of AI for content and communication.
- Stay current on the evolving AI landscape and bring fresh ideas for thoughtful integration into our workstreams.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in a marketing role with hands-on execution experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong writing, content editing, and brand development skills.
- Experienced with website CMS (preferably WordPress), Salesforce, Gamma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and project tools like Asana or Slack.
- Confident user (or fast learner) of AI tools like OpenAI/ChatGPT, Gemini, Copy.ai, etc.
- Organized, resourceful, and energized by wearing multiple hats at once.
- Experience in a service industry (e.g., finance, real estate, healthcare, consulting, education, legal, tech) strongly preferred.
