Jonathan's Bio
Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer of Perigon and is currently responsible for M&A, leading the company’s Strategic Plan and ensuring the company is efficiently scaling up through incredible growth. His role at Perigon combines his passion for personal finance and capital markets with his experience building, streamlining and improving organizations.
Jon joined Perigon in 2019 as the COO and Head of Advisor Success after a 15-year consulting career. Before Perigon, he was a consultant who led teams that helped some of the world’s most successful organizations to enhance growth, implement and improve processes and better leverage technology. Jon’s first role at Perigon was a natural continuation of his consulting experience, as he led the buildout of Perigon’s advisor support platform and ensured Perigon provided an exceptional experience for both Perigon Advisors and Employees. He also was able to focus his experience on designing and implementing new business capabilities to create Perigon’s M&A offering.
In 2022, Jon took over leading Corporate Development at Perigon to lead the firm’s efforts to identify potential partners, develop creative affiliation structures, execute due diligence, and complete negotiations to consummate new partnerships. Jon has been critical to Perigon’s rapid yet strategic growth and success in that role, helping the firm surpass approximately $8.06 billion in total client assets as of June 30, 2024, from less than $900 million when he joined. Jon has led more than a dozen M&A deals ranging in size from $150 million to $900 million in AUM. These deals have added over $4 billion in total AUM and over 40 licensed advisors to Perigon.
Jon works in the Perigon’s San Francisco office and lives in Northern California with his family.
