Lisa's Bio

Before joining Perigon in early 2023, Lisa ran her consultancy practice focused on the early stage company and entrepreneur leveraging her 15+ years of experience working in several interdisciplinary roles within global award-winning advertising agencies. Lisa brings to her role at Perigon a diverse expertise pulled from her experience in operations, client services, marketing, building and nurturing high-performing inclusive teams, driving innovation, and as a consultant to entrepreneurs and C-Suite leaders alike.

Lisa has held posts at industry leading creative agencies; Droga5, Wieden+Kennedy, Arnell Group, MODCo Creative, and Translation. Most notably, as an original team member at Translation Lisa played an instrumental role in evolving the four person consultancy to a 150 person full-service advertising agency.

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked with established and emerging brands and led the branding, strategic, and creative campaigns for the likes of Brand Jordan/Nike (Michael Jordan), RBK (Sean “Jay Z” Carter), LRMR/Cleveland Cavaliers (Lebron James), and Carol’s Daughter (Founder, Lisa Price), and the latest MUSH Foods (Israeli startup).

As a recent transplant to California from NYC, Lisa is discovering what it is like to have temperate weather year round. Lisa enjoys tennis, hiking, horseback riding, a good biography, the latest issue of Architectural Digest, and taking a good weekend siesta.
