Victor's Bio

Since 1995, I have been a 401(k) advisor to small businesses, and personal wealth advisor to entrepreneurs and their families. My practice spans the United States, primarily in Michigan. My service is provided on a fee-only basis, charging no commissions, to ensure the advice is unbiased and client-focused.

I’m an active listener and ask clients many questions to discover and clarify their ultimate goals. From there, I partner with them to build a strategy to reach those goals. A strong communication helps clients learn to trust me and the advisory process. When a problem arises, they know I’ll take ownership of it and craft a solution that works. Most of my work is done in collaboration with the client’s CPA and attorney.

Concentrating on corporate retirement plans, I help clients reduce the burden of plan administrative burden, lower expenses, maximize benefits to the executives, and improve employee retirement security.

Concentrating on personal wealth management, my advice is holistic and individually customized. It is holistic because there is very little about the client’s life that is not important information. It is customized because every client has a different combination of desires, preferences, concerns, wealth, risk tolerance, and tax profile.
