Eileen's Bio

Bringing extensive experience and knowledge of organization and management, Eileen is the Team Operations Director for the Stakeholders Capital team, which joined Perigon Wealth in 2023. Her background includes entrepreneurship, founding and serving as COO of a socially responsible natural foods company, experience with natural foods manufacturing, organizational development, sales and marketing, human resources, management expertise, and work in the field of public education.

The Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts has been her home for more than 30 years. She is committed to supporting social justice issues and volunteers in the community. Eileen currently serves as VP of the Board of Directors and on the Investment Committee of Temple Israel, Greenfield where she helped to oversee the transition of the Temple’s investment portfolios to be socially responsible.

Investing and finance have been longtime interests. Her passions also include gardening, sustainable living, working on her old farmhouse, crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren. She received her M.S. in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England Graduate School and her B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo.
